Ninja Clouder is the brand behind this technology services website, with offices in El Salvador and the United States. This notice covers information collected through ninjaclouder.com and correspondence about website inquiries, talent-network submissions and beta requests. Grovekin gameplay and the game website have a separate privacy policy.

What we collect and why

• Business inquiries: the name, email address, selected service and message you provide. We use them to answer your inquiry, discuss the requested work and maintain related correspondence.
• Grovekin beta requests: your email address and iOS or Android device choice. We use them to contact you about beta testing. Joining does not guarantee a place or subscribe you to a marketing newsletter. You can leave the waitlist by emailing our team.
• Website and security information: connection and browser information, including IP address, request details and bot-detection signals, processed by our hosting and verification provider to deliver the site, verify submissions and prevent abuse.

We receive form details directly from you and technical information from your browser or connection. Please do not send passwords, payment details, government identifiers, health information or other sensitive personal information. Our forms do not request those details.

Careers and our talent network

The careers specialties describe future possibilities, not active vacancies. If you choose to join the talent network, we collect your name, email, country or city, optional phone number, selected specialty and PDF resume. We also record your request to be considered for future opportunities.

We use this information to review your background, maintain our recruiting network and contact you about relevant projects. The website does not score applicants or make automated hiring decisions. Joining is not a promise of an interview, placement or employment. We will discuss any proposed sharing of your profile with a prospective client with you first.

Cloudflare handles form delivery and bot protection; your details and resume are delivered to our team’s Google Workspace inbox. Resumes are not published on this website or stored in a public download bucket. Only share information relevant to your professional experience. Please omit government identifiers, birthdates, full home addresses, health information and other sensitive details.

We keep talent-network information while it remains relevant to recruiting and future project matching, subject to applicable legal obligations. We review retained profiles for continued relevance; there is no automatic inbox-deletion timer. Email team@ninjaclouder.com to update your details, withdraw your interest or request deletion. Withdrawal does not affect processing already carried out or records we must retain by law.

Who processes information

Cloudflare hosts the site, provides Turnstile bot protection and delivers form notifications. Google Workspace receives and stores those messages in our team inbox. Team members handling your inquiry, talent-network submission or beta request can access the relevant correspondence. The website sends notifications only to our team inbox, not to an address chosen by a visitor.

Information may be processed in the United States, El Salvador and locations where our service providers operate. Providers process technical information under their applicable terms and policies. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy, the Turnstile privacy addendum and Google Workspace’s privacy information.

We may also disclose relevant information when required by law or to address fraud, protect rights or resolve a dispute. This notice does not authorize unrelated advertising or the sale of your information.

Cookies, tracking and security

Our website code does not set advertising or analytics cookies, store your form contents in browser storage, or use third-party advertising pixels, behavioral analytics or session-replay tools. Fonts and photographs are hosted with the site.

Cloudflare processes technical information to serve and protect the site. Turnstile loads when you interact with a form, rather than when you simply scroll through the page. Our Turnstile widget does not use its optional pre-clearance cookie. Cloudflare’s security services may use necessary security cookies or similar technologies when a challenge is required; these are not used by us for targeted advertising. There are currently no optional advertising or analytics technologies on this website to accept or reject. You can control cookies through your browser; blocking security technologies may prevent web-form submission. Direct email remains available at team@ninjaclouder.com.

Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track: we do not sell website form information, share it for cross-context behavioral advertising or track browsing across unrelated sites, whether or not these signals are enabled. We do not change essential site delivery or fraud protection in response to Do Not Track. If we introduce optional tracking, we will update this notice and provide applicable choices before it starts.

How long information is kept

Our form service does not put message contents in a website database or application logs. Duplicate-prevention references expire after 24 hours; per-client attempt counters expire after 60 seconds. The service uses a secret-derived hash of the connection IP to identify a short-lived counter, rather than storing the raw IP in that counter. Cloudflare separately processes connection information to operate its services.

Submitted information remains in our email correspondence. We retain it for as long as needed to answer the request, manage beta participation, provide requested services and handle applicable legal, accounting or dispute obligations. Relevant criteria include whether the conversation or relationship is active and whether a record must be retained. Deleting the short-lived security counter does not delete a message from our inbox or provider backups.

Your privacy choices and requests

Email team@ninjaclouder.com with “Privacy request” to ask about information you provided, request access, correction or deletion, or leave the beta waitlist. Please use the email address associated with your inquiry and describe your request. Do not send identity documents or other sensitive information unless we establish that a specific verification step is necessary.

Depending on where you live and which laws apply, you may have rights to access or obtain a copy of your information, correct it, delete it, opt out of certain processing, or appeal a decision about a request. Authorized agents may contact us with evidence of their authority. We may need to verify a request and may retain information where an applicable exception requires or permits it. We will explain a refusal and how to ask us to review it. We will not penalize you for exercising applicable privacy rights, and will respond within the time required by applicable law.

Children’s information

The contact form is for business inquiries. Please do not submit a child’s personal information. For family participation in the Grovekin beta, a parent or guardian should sign up using their own email address. We arrange beta access with them; please do not enter a child’s email or other personal details. If you believe a child has provided personal information through this website, contact our team so we can investigate and remove it as appropriate. The game’s separate privacy policy governs gameplay; this notice is not parental consent for a child to use the game.

Changes and external websites

We update the date on this page when this notice changes. For a material change in how previously collected information is used, we will provide additional notice and obtain consent where required. External websites linked from this site have their own practices; linking to them does not place them under this notice.
